Warranty Management

Village Life will facilitate and administer the 60-day and 11-month materials and workmanship warranties on your new home. All warranty claims will be reviewed and inspected; appropriate action will be taken based on the Builder’s written warranty provided at the time of mutual agreement on the purchase and sale agreement.
