We want you to have peace of mind, that your new home is covered against any possible issues that may arise. The home warranties we provide can do just that. If there are issues because of defects in materials and workmanship, as outlined in our warranty book provided to you at closing, Cascade Builder Services or a Village Life representative will arrange for the repair or replacement within the first year. Should it be later, the nationally recognized 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® will provide you with additional peace of mind. And when you’re ready to purchase your next Village Life home, your buyers will be happy to learn that your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® will be transferable to them!

At Village Life we want you to get the attention you deserve when it comes to any warranty items that may arise within the first year after closing.

Western Washington Homeowners: We partner with a professional experienced warranty management company that facilitates our New Home Orientation and Key Exchange at closing with Village Life Homeowners. They coordinate any valid warranty repair appointments with trade subcontractors or Village Life employees.

Eastern Washington Homeowners: Local Eastern Washington Village Life employees coordinate any valid warranty repair appointments with trade subcontractors within the first year after closing. Please send an email to warranty@village-life.net with your warranty requests.

Village Life is proud to offer our new homeowners the nationally recongnized 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty®. This is a limited warranty that provides one-year workmanship, two-years systems, and ten-year qualifying structural defect coverage for certain construction defects in the home.
