By making a decision to choose Village Life, you now own a beautifully designed home. We want you to have peace of mind, that your new home is covered against any possible issues that may arise in the first year. The home warranties we provide can do just that. If there are issues because of defects in materials and workmanship, as outlined in our warranty documents provided to you at closing. A Village Life representative will arrange for the repair or replacement within the first year. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your new Village Life home.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Village Life strives for new homes to be complete and free of adjustments at move-in, however we know there may be items that require our attention after you move-in. Village life will facilitate and administer the 60 day and 11 month materials and workmanship warranty for your new home. All warranty claims will be reviewed, inspected and appropriate action will be taken based on the builder’s written warranty provided with your purchase and sale agreement. Please use the 60 day and 11 month request forms provided and email your forms to warranty@village-life.net.

How to Submit Warranty Requests

PRIOR to submitting a Claim, reference your Builder Backed Warranty booklet, Builder Backed warranty flyer and Warranty Standards FAQ handout received at closing. Please submit your 60 day and 11 month lists to warranty@village-life.net.
